* How long will it take to receive my order?

Usually we ship out in a day or two. Shipping times may vary based on location but typically arrive within 5-7 business days.

* Can I change my order once I’ve placed it?

We cannot edit your existing order. We can only cancel the order if it hasn’t been shipped yet.  

* Can I ship my order to someone else?

* What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with a product, we may give you a full refund for the purchased product (doesn’t include the shipping costs) and no need to return that product. If multiple products are involved, you will need to return the unused products for a refund.

* How can I use a promo code?

You enter the promo code at the checkout.

* How can I receive an eBook?

Normally you will get the free E-book (Electronic book in PDF format) “Seven Minerals Magnesium Guide” as an attachment with the email after your purchase. However if by any reason you didn’t receive the e-book, please contact us and we will send it to you.
